Asuture Global Training Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in Asuture Global’s training program, students agree to adhere to these rules, policies, and terms. Asuture Global reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued participation following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Educational Disclaimer
This training program is designed for educational purposes only, focusing on foundational skills in cell phone repair at a beginner level. This course is not accredited by any recognized accrediting body, and certification received from this program is solely for informational and personal development.
3. Language Requirement
Instruction is delivered in English. Although instructors may be multilingual, students are responsible for ensuring their English proficiency prior to enrollment to understand course material and complete assessments.
4. Assumption of Risk and Insurance
Students are responsible for their personal safety and are advised to carry liability or medical insurance throughout the training. By enrolling, students assume all risks of injury, including electric shock, falls, cuts, or other injuries, whether occurring during repair activities or within the training facility.
5. Facility Liability Waiver
Students acknowledge that the Asuture Global training facility may contain equipment, tools, and other materials essential for training, which could pose risks if misused. By participating in the program, students assume all responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur within the facility. Asuture Global, its staff, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any claims related to accidents, falls, or injuries sustained on-site.
6. Indemnification
By enrolling in the Asuture Global training program, students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asuture Global, its instructors, staff, students, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from participation. This indemnification applies to claims by the student, their relatives, heirs, or any other individuals who may seek legal action on their behalf.
7. Recommended Safety Gear
A list of recommended safety equipment, such as eye protection, ear protection, suitable clothing, and footwear, will be provided before training begins. Students must follow these guidelines for their safety and that of others in the class.
8. Exams and Certification
Students may take the final exam once at no additional cost. Any retakes are subject to an additional fee. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the exam, confirming skills developed in the program. Certification does not guarantee employment or proficiency, as learning outcomes vary by student.
9. Zero Tolerance Policy
Asuture Global is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful learning environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of racism, bullying, sexism, discrimination, or harassment. Any student found engaging in such conduct may face immediate termination from the program without a refund.
10. Learning Responsibility
Instructors are not liable for individual learning outcomes. While guidance and support are provided, it is the student’s responsibility to engage with the material. Asuture Global does not guarantee learning pace or comprehension, and results may vary.
11. Payment and Refunds
All enrollment fees and related payments are final and non-refundable. Dismissal due to violations of these terms is not eligible for refund. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full before certification.
12. Intellectual Property
All course materials, training methods, and content are proprietary. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is considered theft of intellectual property, subject to legal action.
13. Classroom Equipment Use
Tools and equipment provided in the classroom are for in-class use only and cannot be removed from the premises. Students are financially responsible for any damages caused by extreme negligence or misuse and must replace damaged items before certification.
14. Facility Liability
Asuture Global is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring within the training facility. Students are required to use caution, follow all safety guidelines, and maintain responsibility for their actions on the premises.
15. Force Majeure
Asuture Global is not liable for any interruptions due to events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. Non-Compete Agreement
Students agree not to replicate, teach, or use any proprietary course content independently without permission. Unauthorized use or teaching of course material will be pursued legally.
17. Data Privacy and Security
Asuture Global is committed to protecting students’ personal information. Data provided for registration and course engagement will be handled in accordance with our privacy policies and not shared without consent.
18. Photo/Video Release
By enrolling in the course, students consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the training for marketing, training, or other purposes by Asuture Global.
